Description With a 40Ib single cylinder capacity, this cylinder wing from Apeks boast a compact and streamlined design, making it easy for the public service diver to carry it under water. The clever design of this buoyancy control device (BCD) keeps it stable, offering optimal balance underwater. The WTX-D40 PSD, unlike many regular BCDs does not have large wings, so it does not wrap around the cylinder, creating a taco effect. It offers hassle-free storage for all the items and accessories a diver needs to use underwater and can be configured as per requirement. Just like the regular WTX-D40, the PSD version of this cylinder wing features an inflator with K-style with brass buttons that is positioned off-center to prevent interference with first stage regulator. A low-profile dump valve, tank stabiliser bars, 2 large drain grommets and heavy-duty YKK zippers are some more features that the WTX-D40 PSD shares with the WTX-D40. Unlike the regular WTX-D40, the PSD version feature Armoguard exterior, which is fast-drying and more resistant to abrasion than Cordura. Also, it has an 8” corrugated hose with rapid exhaust dump on top.
