This set is complete with the MC-9 first stage, Compact Pro second stage and Octopus, Digi 2 Console and Aquawing BCD. MC-9 Compact Pro The balanced diaphragm MC9 SC first stage uses Cressi’s PressureSync technology. This system maintains stable Intermediate Pressure throughout every breath. Therefore,reducing pressure fluctuations and improves breathing comfort at any depth. The environmentally sealed first stage keeps water and debris out, protecting internal components and lubricants. This design ensures reliable performance in cold, warm, and silty conditions. The regulator meets EN 250/2014 cold-water certification and performs in temperatures below 10°C. With a high-capacity conical filter trapping more impurities than standard flat filters, air quality is improved and the internal components are protected – making rental cylinders a little less dodgy… The Compact Pro second stage features a Thermoconductive Polymer case. This lightweight material transfers heat from the water and the diver’s breath to prevent ice formation in cold water. In addition, the adjustable Venturi system allows precise airflow control. Meanwhile, the bright yellow finish improves visibility, so divers can identify it instantly in an emergency. Designed for demanding conditions, this octopus excels in cold water. The thermoconductive polymer case transfers warmth from the surrounding water and your breath -reducing ice formation during rapid or stressed breathing. The large, impact-resistant purge button ensures easy operation, even with gloves. In addition, the adjustable Venturi lets you switch to pre-dive mode to limit free-flows on the surface, then maximise airflow at depth. A dependable downstream system guarantees a fail-safe air supply, even in the event of a malfunction. The Compact Pro Octo continues to deliver air when you need it most. Cold-water certified to EN 250:2014, this octopus meets strict performance standards below 10°C. The information is easier for a diver to read than a traditional pressure gauge with a needle and small numbers. The Digi 2 features a high-contrast display showing depth, tank pressure, residual dive-time and water temperature. Digi 2 also gives a diver the maximum depth reached and how long they have been diving for. With the Cressi Digi 2 all this vital dive information is available in one anti-scratch display, there are no buttons, no menu to navigate. Great to get all the data in one view instead of reading multiple gauges. Digi2 is compact, lighter than the traditional analogue gauges and great for travelling weighing only 122g. The Digi 2 has a user-replaceable battery with a sealing sensor. If the battery cover is not screwed down correctly the Digi 2 will advise you (Cressi patent). However because the Digi 2 uses a very low amount of energy, the battery could last 1,000 hours. The screen turns off while not used and turns off automatically when you remove the cover or when attached to the first stage HP port. When the battery indicator starts to flash you can still complete your dive safely as the residual battery life is around one week. It comes with a magnetic cover, for storage but also for changing from metric to the imperial system (Cressi patent). The Digi 2 is a digital gauge, it is not a dive computer. You cant plan or record your dives. It is a must-have for any diver, recommended for entry level divers, and ideal for divers with poorer eyesight due to the clear display.
